Without Dr. Natalya Polenova, I could not have recovered from Covid-19 nicely.
Her medical opinions were quick, short, sharp, efficient, and proactive. Her guidance reduced my stress, and was really therapeutically effective. Also, her advice remarkably helped prevent my family member from being infected. Importantly, it was wonderful how easy it was to contact Dr. Polenova whenever I needed help.
Thank you so much to Dr. Natalya Polenova, her colleagues, and GMS Clinic overall.
Thanks Philipp Vasilyev

Thanks to Dr. Oleg Sergeevich Abramov
Many thanks to Dr. Oleg Sergeevich Abramov, who performed a surgery and helped me cure a severe case of odontogenic sinusitis. Dr. Abramov is extremely competent and polite, a true professional with a rare set of skills. I have already recommended him to a colleague of mine and will recommend again.
Thank you, Dr. Loriya
Dear Dr. Loriya,
It has been a few months since you came to Hotel Metropol in Moscow to attend to my younger sister who was suffering from a swollen knee. Please know that your medical expertise and the medication you prescribed gave her immediate relief. We were very impressed ! Thank you again.
We had a wonderful time in Moscow and hope to visit again your beautiful city someday.
A week after we returned to CA, I and some friends went on a New England tour (Boston, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine.) We were hoping to see the foliage when the leaves of the trees change colors and burst into an array of orange, red, yellow, rust, brown and pink before dropping on the ground. To our big disappointment, we were there a bit early so we missed it.
As I mentioned before, Emily, my daughter and son-in-law are both physicians here in CA. Emily is an Internist (Internal Medicine) while my son-in-law is an Oncologist and also a Hospice & Palliative Care Physician. They live in San Jose.
It is interesting that Emily has a co-worker who graduated from medical school in Russia. Hopefully, someday you can all connect with each other to discuss health care. Please let me know if you ever have plans to visit CA.
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year Dr. Loriya!
Thanks to Igor Krasnolutsky!
Dear Mr. Igor Krasnolutski,
On behalf of the more than 500 member companies of the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia, I would like to thank you and GMS Clinic & Hospitals Moscow for your support of AmCham’s flagship social event, the U. S. Independence Day Celebration, this year held on July 08, 2017 at Tseleevo Golf and Polo Club.
Despite the challenging weather, we were pleased with a good turnout at the event!
More than 1500 people: Russians, Americans and other guests participated in a range of games, enjoyed good food and drinks, a raffle, horse rides, musical entertainment, a polo match, armwrestling, a mile-long run and many other activities.
The day provided an excellent opportunity for the AmCham community to gather among family and friends and have fun in extreme conditions.
AmCham would like to extend special thanks to Natalya Isakovich for her great coordination of GMS work at the event.
We greatly appreciate GMS Clinics & Hospitals Moscow’s professional medical support of our event!
Thank you for being part of our great celebration!
Sincerely yours, Alexis Rodzianko
Thank you for performing an excellent job
Dear dr Alexey and staff at the GMS clinic,
Thank you for performing an excellent job with my hip fracture (operated 2015-09-02)!
I was transported back to Sweden via Amsterdam, escorted by dr Igor from SOS International, and everything went well. Back in Sweden I was hospitalized for 3 days and then went to my home which is an old house full of stairs and thresholds. A physiotherapist has been coming to my home to work with me, and now I can walk without crutches indoors (the stairs also), but I still use one crutch outdoors, for balance. I have no pain but my muscles are still a bit weaker on the fractured side.
Two days ago I visited the orthopedic clinic for x-rays and control examination, and the surgeon was very satisfied with the healing of my hip. And I am too. I started working part time in the psychiatric out-patient clinic 2 weeks after arriving in Sweden.
So, thank you for doing a very good job — be sure to extend my greetings and heart-felt thanks to everybody in the friendly and competent staff, and especially Ronny the physiotherapist and nurse Jana who both worked a lot with me!
With my very best regards and greetings,
Lena Nylander, Sweden

Greetings from South Africa,
This is a follow up to our recent stay at GMS where my wife Merle Step had a complete Hip replacement by you recently.
She stood up to the return trip to South Africa very well and is able move around with the aid of a walker without difficulty. I took her to our local General Practitioner on Friday, with all your reports and X-Ray plates. He commented that he was very happy with the excellent procedures that you carried out and felt that she was in excellent professional hands while at GMS. He has referred her to an orthopedic surgeon for a final checkup and stitch removal. Also she is to go to Physo for further manipulation.
From both of us we cannot express our gratitude enough for the professional service, helpful administrative as well as nursing staff that attended to our needs while at GMS. We will always look back and always remember the Russian people for their friendly assistance to two complete strangers from another part of the world. In turn Russia will always be in our hearts and we will be good Ambassadors for your great country and federation.
Please pass on our greetings and thanks to a few that I remember by names, if I have left anyone out I apologies.

Denis Sidorchuk Medical Coordinator

We would like to take this opportunity to wish you every success in your chosen profession and GMS does get global worldwide recognition as an intuition of repute.
Best of luck

Dear Mrs. Isakovich,
On behalf of the PTO Spring Gala 2015 Committee, we would like to thank you for the GMS Clinic vouchers donation to the Gala 2015 raffle. The raffle was an important part of the evening and helped us to raise the funds that continue to enable the PTO to work to enhance the educational experience at the Anglo-American School.
We are grateful for your continuous support of AAS activities.
With best regards,

Thank you very much for your help again!
Dear Natalya!
We had a really good tournament. With your help we could solve many injuries and it was a good feeling to have a specialist in the background. I hope your doctors also liked it. I did my best to make them feel well. Please tell me if they mentioned any problem or thing i can do better next time. Thank you very much for your support!!! :)
I wish you a Merry Christmas time and a very Happy New Year 2015!
Best regards, Martin Durner
